Job Title: Class Teacher

Salary:

£31650 - £43607 Per annum

Job Duties:

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and effective lessons to a class of students
• Assess and record students' progress and provide feedback to students, parents, and school management
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practises and contribute to school-wide initiatives
• Attend staff meetings and professional development sessions as required

Required Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and teaching standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning atmosphere

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching in a primary or secondary school setting

Knowledge and Skills:

• Demonstrated ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
• Proficient in using educational technology to enhance learning
• Strong organisational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
• Experience working with special educational needs (SEN) students

Working Conditions:

The Class Teacher role involves working in a classroom environment, interacting with students, parents, and colleagues on a daily basis. The position may require occasional participation in school events outside of regular hours.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
