About the Role
As a Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons tailored to the individual needs of students.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment that encourages re-engagement with education.
- Work collaboratively with a dedicated team of teachers, teaching assistants, and support staff to develop personalised learning plans.
- Support students’ social, emotional, and academic development, helping them overcome barriers to learning.
- Contribute to the wider school community through enrichment activities and initiatives.
About You
We are looking for a teacher who:
- Is passionate about education and committed to supporting young people with additional needs.
- Has the ability to build strong, trusting relationships with students, staff, and families.
- Is resilient, adaptable, and creative in meeting the diverse needs of students.
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and has a solid understanding of the curriculum.
- Is comfortable teaching across the KS3 curriculum
- Ideally has experience working with SEND students or within an alternative provision setting (although this is not essential, as full training will be provided).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
