  • Are you looking to support Primary pupils?
  • Could you work on a 1:1 and small group basis with pupils?

Teaching Personnel work closely with a primary special educational need school that is based in the Haywards Heath area. The school are now looking for enthusiastic Child Mentor’s who are able to work on a 1:1 basis with their primary aged boys. If you’re looking for a full-time role within education and looking for a rewarding role then this is the job for you!

About the School:

The school have fantastic facilities and a fantastic curriculum for their pupils. The SEN school cater for primary boys between the ages of 6-12, the boys have Autism and ADHD and will require 1:1 support throughout the day.

About the Role:

The chosen primary Child Mentor will be expected to build strong relationships with both staff and most importantly the pupils. The Mentor will be supporting the pupils throughout the day, during class, in-between class and during school outings.

Additional Information:

Travel: Car

Pay: £420 - £450 per week

Hours: 8:40am – 15;55pm

Location: Haywards Heath

DBS: Child Only Enhanced DBS

Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Experience: Autism/ADHD
