Business Studies Teacher – Academy in Reading (RG1)

Are you a passionate and dedicated Business Studies Teacher looking for a new opportunity? We are working in partnership with a well-established academy in Reading (RG1) that is seeking an enthusiastic educator to join their team on a permanent basis.

The Role:

  • Teaching Business Studies to students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5

  • Delivering engaging and thought-provoking lessons that prepare students for further education and careers in business

  • Supporting students in their GCSE and A-Level Business Studies courses

  • Contributing to curriculum development and helping to shape the future of the Business department

  • Assessing, monitoring, and tracking student progress to ensure high levels of attainment

What We’re Looking For:

  • A qualified teacher with QTS or equivalent teaching qualification

  • Specialism in Business Studies, with experience teaching at GCSE and A-Level preferred

  • A passionate and inspiring educator with strong subject knowledge

  • Ability to engage students of all abilities and foster a love for business and enterprise

  • Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to student progress
