Are you a passionate and inspiring Business Studies teacher? Teaching Personnel is seeking a talented individual to join one of our partner schools in Northampton, where you’ll have the opportunity to ignite students’ interest in the world of business.

Position Details

  • Role: Business Studies Teacher

  • Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications

About the Role

As a Business Studies Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging lessons across Key Stages 4 and 5, equipping students with essential business knowledge and skills.
  • Inspire students to think critically about entrepreneurship, economics, and enterprise.
  • Monitor and assess students’ progress, providing constructive feedback to help them excel.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team of educators to enhance the business studies curriculum.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold a relevant teaching qualification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent).
  • Have experience teaching Business Studies at GCSE and A-Level.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and classroom management skills.
  • Have an enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to apply for one).
  • Be committed to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
