Hours: Full-Time (Monday – Friday)

About the Role: Teaching Personnel is excited to offer fantastic graduate opportunities for those with degrees/diplomas in Early Years and Childhood Studies. Join us as an EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) Teaching Assistant or Nursery Nurse in Blackpool (FY1). This is a perfect role for graduates passionate about early childhood education and eager to make a positive impact on young learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the learning and development of children in the EYFS setting.
- Assist in planning and delivering engaging and age-appropriate activities.
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all children.
- Monitor and record children's progress and development.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other staff members.
- Encourage positive social interactions and support children's emotional well-being.
Requirements:
- Degree in Early Years, Childhood Studies, or a related field.
- ✅ Experience working with young children, preferably in an educational or childcare setting.
- ️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to build strong, positive relationships with children and staff.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
