Position Details:

- Location: Tottenham
- Start Date: October
- Duration: Full-time, until the end of the academic year (with potential to become permanent)
- Pay: £419.25 - £500 per week, depending on experience and qualifications
Key Responsibilities:

- Building positive relationships with students to help them feel supported and understood
- Monitoring student progress and behaviour, providing feedback to teaching staff and contributing to reports on student development
- Helping students reflect on their behaviour, encouraging positive changes and personal growth
- Assisting with activities and strategies aimed at promoting a positive school ethos and reinforcing school behaviour policies
What We're Looking For:

- A confident, empathetic, and patient approach to supporting students

- Full-time experience in a supportive and forward-thinking secondary school
- Weekly pay between £419.25 and £500, depending on experience and qualifications
