Are you passionate about supporting young people in their educational journey? We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Support Assistant to join a vibrant school in September. Role Overview:
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, helping them manage behavior and overcome challenges.
- Work closely with teaching staff to implement effective behavior strategies tailored to individual student needs.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging students to reach their full potential.
- Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student well-being.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children or young adults, particularly in behavior support or similar roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with students and staff.
- Patience, resilience, and a proactive approach to managing challenging situations.
- A genuine passion for helping students succeed, both academically and personally.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
