Behaviour Support SEN role

January start!

  • £80 - 95 per day
  • Full-time position (Mon - Fri 8.30am - 15.30pm)
  • Provide targeted behaviour support and interventions to children with social, emotional, and mental health needs.
  • Support the class teachers by conducting 1:1s.

You should display a range of skills to be able to control a classroom with SEN and behaviour support, such as: to be fair and consistent, offer emotional support and give children opportunities such as responsibilities e.g., collecting the books in at the end of the lesson.

You should have experience in:

  • Confidently give clear boundaries in a classroom.
  • Be able to celebrate success and encourage next steps to provide structure.
  • Bring positivity to the classroom to support the children and the teachers.
  • Be able to communicate with parents on a regular basis in a professional manner.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
