Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for a Pupil Referral Unit located in the vibrant town of Altrincham, conveniently accessible by bus, train, or car. This institution is committed to providing a supportive and inclusive environment for students with SEMH needs. As a Behaviour Support Assistant, your role will be vital in helping students with SEMH needs overcome challenges and achieve their full potential. Your responsibilities will include:
- Working full-time throughout school hours.
- Building positive relationships with students and providing them with emotional support.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of individual behaviour plans.
- Encouraging and reinforcing positive behaviour and emotional well-being.
- Collaborating with teachers and professionals to create a nurturing and structured learning environment.
Teaching Personnel Offer:

Requirements:
- A genuine passion for supporting students with SEMH needs.
- A good knowledge and understanding of SEMH, behaviour management, and safeguarding.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and resilience.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
