Are you someone who is compassionate about providing quality support to children with complex needs? then we have an opportunity for you. There is an exciting new opening for a Behaviour Support Specialist to work within a learning support unit. The school is based in Wythenshawe, M22 and to start after the Easter holidays.
The school are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting challenging behaviour and are experts at building positive relationships with children. The role itself will involve a mixture of class based assistance and supporting during lunch and break times, with occasionally supporting students who are in the learning support unit.
The school, rated “good” by OFSTED Framework is a two form primary school, with a well-balanced team comprised of senior and junior experienced staff members, providing a great place to work and grow. The atmosphere in the school is a positive and friendly one, where all people work towards the same goal of supporting the younger generations towards their goals.
The school are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to inspire the children to achieve their goals. The ideal candidate will have a patient and understanding approach to helping pupils, showing great communication skills. You will also have a passion for supporting children with complex needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
