Behaviour Mentor Wanted in Towcester!
Do you have a passion for supporting young people to achieve their potential? Teaching Personnel is looking for a committed and compassionate Behaviour Mentor to join a school in Towcester.
- £95 - £100 per day

Role Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one and group support for students with behavioural challenges
- Promote positive behaviour and engagement in learning
- Build strong, trusting relationships with students and staff
- Work collaboratively to implement behaviour support plans

- Experience working with young people in a school, care, or mentoring role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A calm, empathetic, and patient approach
- A genuine passion for making a difference

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
