Behaviour mentor

Are you passionate about making a positive impact on pupils lives? A primary school in central Manchester are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic behaviour mentor  to join the school.

As a behaviour mentor you will pay a key role in supporting pupils who are disengaged from their education.

About the role:

-          Focusing on building strong relationships with pupils, to help them overcome barriers to learning  and encouraging academic development

-          Working collaboratively with teachers to creative an inclusive and supportive learning environment

-          Support pupils on a 1:1 and group basis

-          Assist teachers with lesson planning and delivery

About you:

-          Experience in a similar role or working with disengaged pupils

-          Strong interpersonal and communication skills

-          Patient, empathetic, nurturing nature

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
