At Teaching Personnel, we're excited to find a proactive and adaptable Behaviour and Learning Mentor to join the team at a dynamic and diverse secondary school in South Bristol.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer personalised academic and social support to students with special educational needs (SEN)
- Help create and implement tailored learning plans
- Foster a warm and inclusive environment where everyone feels valued
- Support the classroom teacher to deliver the curriculum
- Lead group intervention sessions with enthusiasm and care
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience working with young people
- Knowledge of special educational needs
- GCSE qualifications in English and Maths
- A Friendly, empathetic, and patient demeanour

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
