About the Role

As an Attendance Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring pupils attend school regularly and punctually. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring and reporting on student attendance and punctuality.
  • Working closely with students, families, and staff to address barriers to attendance.
  • Implementing strategies to improve attendance rates.
  • Liaising with external agencies and support services as necessary.
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating attendance data.

Requirements
