About the Role: As a Pastoral Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being of our students. You'll work closely with staff, students, and parents to create a nurturing and supportive environment where every child feels safe, valued, and encouraged to reach their full potential. Your role will include:

  • Providing pastoral care and guidance to students across all year groups.
  • Supporting children with social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve student well-being and academic engagement.
  • Liaising with teachers, parents, and external agencies to provide holistic support.
  • Leading initiatives that promote a positive school culture and inclusive environment.

About You: The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong understanding of the challenges and needs of primary-aged children.
  • Experience in a pastoral or similar role within an educational setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
