About the Role: As a Pastoral Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being of our students. You'll work closely with staff, students, and parents to create a nurturing and supportive environment where every child feels safe, valued, and encouraged to reach their full potential. Your role will include:
- Providing pastoral care and guidance to students across all year groups.
- Supporting children with social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
