About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate SEND specialist with leadership aspirations. The successful candidate will:

  • Lead on SEND provision, ensuring all students receive the tailored support they need to thrive.

  • Work closely with the Principal and senior leadership team to drive inclusive, high-quality education.

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance learning and outcomes for SEND students.

  • Build strong relationships with students, parents, staff, and external partners.
