Salary: Leadership Pay Scale – L6-L11 £56,316 - £63,815 (depending on experience)

They are looking for a dedicated and capable Assistant Principal Inclusion to join their Senior Leadership Team and take on a key role overseeing SENCO, attendance, and safeguarding. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced leader or an individual with transferable skills looking to make a significant impact in a leadership role within an inclusive, forward-thinking environment.
Role Overview
As Assistant Principal Inclusion, you will lead and manage all aspects of inclusion, ensuring that every student has access to a broad, challenging, and engaging curriculum. You will be a key player in driving standards and supporting the school's commitment to providing the best possible outcomes for all students.
