About the Role:

As Assistant Headteacher, you will be responsible for leading the school’s strategic direction and management of behaviour and pastoral support systems. Working closely with the Headteacher, SENDCo, staff, pupils, and families, you will foster a positive and inclusive school culture that reflects the school’s Christian values and creates a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment for all.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the school’s behaviour and pastoral care systems, ensuring high standards and inclusivity.
• Collaborate with staff, parents, and external agencies to provide pastoral support and embed the school’s values.
• Support pupils’ academic and personal growth, fostering resilience and mutual respect.
• Assist the Headteacher in driving school improvement and enhancing the overall learning environment.
• Act as a role model for staff, demonstrating inspirational leadership and professionalism.
