Job Title: PMLD Teaching Assistant – Full-Time – Dulwich, South East London
Location: Dulwich

This full-time position starts at the beginning of November and offers a rewarding role where you can make a real difference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one or group support to students with ASD, helping them access the curriculum and engage in learning activities.
- Assist the classroom teacher in creating and maintaining a safe, structured, and stimulating learning environment.
- Support students with personal care, mobility, and communication needs, ensuring their well-being and comfort.
- Use specialist equipment and assistive technology to support learning and independence.
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to implement individual education plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with children or young adults with ASD or complex learning needs (preferred but not essential).
- A caring, patient, and adaptable nature, with a commitment to supporting students with significant learning difficulties.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to assist with personal care and physical support needs.
- A proactive and positive attitude, with a passion for making a difference in students' lives.
