Teaching Personnel are working with a highly regarded secondary school in Milton Keynes looking to appoint a Lead Art Teacher.

About the Role:

ASAP Start

• You will be responsible for leading and developing the Art department, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning across all year groups.
• You will play a key role in curriculum development and assessment, ensuring that students achieve their full potential.
• You will provide high-quality teaching and support to students of all abilities.
• You will be responsible for the professional development of other Art teachers within the department.
• You will be involved in extracurricular activities such as art clubs and exhibitions.

About You:

• You will be a qualified teacher of Art with QTS.
• You will have experience of teaching Art at KS3, KS4 and ideally KS5.
• You will have excellent subject knowledge and a passion for teaching.
• You will be a strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• You will be committed to raising student achievement.
• You will have a creative and innovative approach to teaching.
