Art Teacher - Full-Time (Permanent)
A dynamic and forward-thinking secondary school in Bournemouth is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Art Teacher to join their creative team on a full-time, permanent basis starting in April. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fostering creativity and a commitment to delivering high-quality art education to students at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:

Teach Art across Key Stage 3 and 4, with opportunities to contribute to Key Stage 5.

Plan and deliver engaging, innovative, and inspiring lessons that meet the needs of a diverse student body.

Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where all students can thrive.

Contribute to the development and enrichment of the school's Art curriculum.

Assess, monitor, and report on students' progress, providing constructive feedback to help them achieve their potential.

Participate in extracurricular activities and school events, including art exhibitions and projects.
The Successful Candidate Will Have:

A relevant teaching qualification (QTS) and a degree in Art or a related subject.

Experience teaching Art at secondary school level (Key Stage 3 and 4), with a passion for nurturing creativity and talent.

Strong subject knowledge and the ability to inspire students through a variety of teaching methods.

A commitment to continuous professional development and collaboration within the department.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
