Role: Senior Administrator and Exams Officer Required!

Location: Exeter, Devon
Contract Type: Full-time, Tempoary
Pay: £12.90 - £14 per hour

About the Provision:
Teaching Personnel are recruiting for a partner school based in Exeter, dedicated to creating a nurturing and supportive environment where every student can thrive. They are seeking a committed and proactive Senior Administrator and Exams Officer to join their dynamic team, supporting leadership, teachers, learning coaches, parents and students.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Administration:

  • Lead the administration team to ensure efficient school operations.
  • Uphold school values and manage recruitment processes.
  • Coordinate staff inductions and handle HR duties.

Exams Management:

  • Oversee all exams, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Use EdGen for exam scheduling and data management.
  • Organize invigilation and train staff on procedures.

Accountability:

  • Maintain confidentiality and build strong relationships within the school community.
  • Collaborate with staff and external professionals to support student needs.

Qualifications & Experience 

  • Experience in school administration or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of JCQ regulations and exam procedures.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in IT systems (e.g., EdGen).
  • GCSEs in Maths and English at grade C or above.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
