Job Description:

We are seeking adaptable, enthusiastic, and dedicated Adhoc Teachers to join our pool of educators. The successful candidates will be available to work on a flexible, part-time basis, covering short-term and long-term assignments in various schools across Liverpool. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about making a positive impact on students' learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Classroom Management: Deliver engaging and effective lessons in accordance with the school’s curriculum and policies.
  • Adaptability: Quickly adapt to different school environments, year groups, and subjects as needed.
  • Student Engagement: Inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential through creative and dynamic teaching methods.
  • Assessment: Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with school staff and other Teaching Personnel educators to ensure continuity of learning and support.
  • Professionalism: Maintain a high standard of professionalism, including punctuality, reliability, and effective communication.

Key Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Experience: Proven experience in teaching, with the ability to manage a classroom effectively and adapt to different educational settings.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff. Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Attributes: A flexible and proactive approach, with the ability to think on your feet and handle new challenges confidently.
  • Clearances: A valid Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one) and satisfactory references.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
