Ad hoc Teaching assistant
Bridgend
Pay- £12.90 per hour or 83.85 per day
Part time and start ASAP (dependant on vetting checks)
We are looking for eager and reliable individuals to work on an ad hoc basis to assist and help students to grow and improve their educational skills and knowledge. You will be needed to work with small groups, full classes, and 1-to-1 sessions, it is vital that candidates can adapt and work efficiently within these parameters. The ideal candidate will be flexible and able to commit to placements on short notice.
The role will require working in multiple different schools so an ability to quickly build rapport with pupils will be vital to success. The schools will be in Bridgend therefore you will not need to travel too far in the mornings, but being able to drive will be advantageous due to the amount of travelling you may need to do.

Requirements to work in schools: (During the application process you will be required to apply/provide for the following)
- Enhanced DBS
- Register with the Education Workforce Council
- 2 employment references
- Safeguarding Level 2 – FREE through Teaching Personnel.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
