1:1 SEN Learning Support Assistant – Permanent Role
Location: Braintree, Mainstream Secondary School
Contract: Permanent, School-Employed
Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday

A wonderful opportunity has become available for a 1:1 SEN Learning Support Assistant to join a supportive mainstream secondary school in Braintree on a permanent contract. If you're passionate about helping students with special educational needs succeed, this could be the perfect role for you!

Role Details:

  • Provide dedicated 1:1 support to a student with SEN.
  • Help foster the student's academic progress, engagement, and emotional development.
  • Collaborate with teachers and the SENCO to create and implement effective learning strategies.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Have experience working with students with SEN (preferred).
  • Be patient, empathetic, and committed to supporting individual student progress.
  • Possess excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Interview Date: Wednesday, 6th December 2024

This is a permanent position with the school, not through an agency.
