Job Title: 1:1 Tutor/Teacher

Salary:

£25.00 - £30.00 Per hour

Job Duties:

Provide individualised instruction to students in a one-on-one setting
Create and implement personalised learning plans based on students' needs and goals
Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure student success
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and achievements

Required Qualifications:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
Experience in delivering one-on-one tutoring or teaching
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to tailor teaching methods to meet individual student needs

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of teaching or tutoring experience

Knowledge and Skills:

Knowledge of the UK National Curriculum
Ability to assess student learning styles and adapt teaching strategies
Excellent organisational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and educational software

Preferred Qualifications:

Postgraduate qualification in Education or Special Education
Experience working with students with special educational needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
