1:1 Tutor

TP Tutors are looking for dedicated tutors to provide 1:1 tuition in homes and schools for young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and other additional needs. We have multiple positions available, with ongoing hiring to meet the diverse needs of our students.

Job Duties:

The 1:1 Tutor will provide individualised academic support to students, focusing on specific subjects or areas of improvement. Duties include creating tailored lesson plans, assessing student progress, and adapting teaching methods to meet the student's needs.

Required Qualifications:

• A relevant teaching qualification
• Experience teaching/tutoring
• Strong subject knowledge in the area of tutoring
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively engage and motivate students
• Understanding of different learning styles
• Strong organisational skills
