1:1 SEN Tutor
TP Tutors are recuiting SEN Tutors in the Nottingham area (NG2). SEN Tutors must have experience with sensory based learning and have trauma informed practice training.
Job Duties:
- Provide one-on-one tutoring for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Create individualised lesson plans based on students' needs and abilities
- Implement strategies to support students' learning and development
- Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
- Communicate with other stakeholders involved in the students' education
Qualifications:
- Relevant qualification in Special Education or related field
- Experience working with students with SEN
- Knowledge of SEN strategies and interventions, inluding sensory based learning
- Trauma informed practise training
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of SEN regulations and best practises
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organisational skills to plan and track student progress

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
