Job Description:

As a 1:1 Science Tutor based in Kirkby in Ashfield, you will be responsible for providing personalised science tuition to students. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality tutoring sessions to enhance the understanding and knowledge of the subject for individual students.

Job Duties:

• Plan and deliver engaging science lessons tailored to the needs of each student
• Assess students' learning progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
• Provide constructive feedback and support to help students improve their academic performance
• Create a positive and motivating learning environment

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:

• Relevant qualification in Science or Education
• Previous experience in tutoring or teaching science subjects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of the science curriculum
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles
• Organisational and time management skills
