Job description

1:1 GCSE Tutor

Location: Nottingham area (NG33)

Job Duties:

  • Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions to GCSE students
  • Develop personalised learning plans to address individual student needs
  • Assist students in understanding subject material and preparing for exams
  • Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
  • Provide feedback on academic performance

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience in tutoring or teaching GCSE level subjects

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Ability to tailor teaching methods to meet individual student needs
  • Strong knowledge of the GCSE curriculum
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
