We’re Hiring: 1:1 Core Subjects Tutor (In-Person)
Are you passionate about helping young people build confidence in their learning? We’re looking for a warm, reliable and enthusiastic 1:1 Tutor to support students in the core subjects: English, Maths and Science.
Location: Nottiingham (NG13 and suurounding areas)
About the Role:
You’ll be providing personalised support in English, Maths and Science. The focus is on building confidence, filling in gaps, and encouraging a love of learning in a relaxed and supportive environment.
Whether you're a qualified teacher, experienced tutor, or a graduate with a strong academic background and a passion for education – we’d love to hear from you.
What We’re Looking For:

Friendly and approachable with a positive attitude

Good subject knowledge in English, Maths and Science (up to KS3 or GCSE)

Experience working with young people in an educational setting
-
Patient, organised, and able to adapt to individual learning styles
-
Teaching qualification or tutoring experience
-
An enhanced DBS check will be required before starting.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
