Our recruitment consultants often achieve 2-3 promotions within the first 2 years and progression into a management or business development role within 2-3 years.

Working with a group of other Teaching Personnel newbies, our UP&RUNNING programmes will help you learn the skills and behaviours needed to be a successful specialist education recruitment consultant.
You will benefit from working with groups of like-minded people, all on the same journey, sharing experiences and learning together. The programme takes place over your first 6 months which gives you time to apply your learning to get the best outcomes.
