Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher with a passion for helping young learners reach their full potential? We are looking for a motivated Year 4 Teacher to join our friendly and supportive team starting in January 2025.

The Role:
As a Year 4 Teacher, you will have the opportunity to inspire and engage a class of motivated and eager learners. You will deliver the national curriculum in a creative and stimulating way, making learning exciting and relevant. You will work closely with our dedicated team of educators to ensure all students are supported in their academic and personal development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including those with additional support requirements.
- Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to students and parents regularly.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Contribute to the wider school community, including extracurricular activities and school events.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching Year 4 or Key Stage 2 (desirable but not essential).
- A passion for working with children and a commitment to their academic and personal growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and enthusiastic team player.
- Strong classroom management skills, with the ability to create an engaging and positive learning environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
