Job Title: Year 4 Teacher (Qualified Teacher Status)
Location: Aldershot

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join our dynamic and supportive team at a primary school in Aldershot. The ideal candidate will be passionate about inspiring young learners and committed to delivering high-quality education. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum for Year 4.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
• Assess, record, and report on pupil progress, ensuring all children achieve their full potential.
• Maintain effective behaviour management strategies and encourage positive classroom interaction.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching Key Stage 2 (preferably Year 4).
• Strong understanding of the National Curriculum.
• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate pupils.
