Full-Time Primary Teacher Needed for Challenging School in Corby (Year 3)

Are you an experienced and dedicated primary teacher with a passion for making a difference? Teaching Personnel is looking for a skilled Full-Time Year 3 Teacher to join a challenging yet rewarding primary school in Corby. This role starts at the end of November and offers the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate.

  • Rate of Pay: Paid to scale, reflecting planning and marking responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Classroom Teaching: Deliver engaging and effective lessons to a Year 3 class, following the national curriculum and adapting lessons to meet diverse learning needs.
  • Planning and Marking: Create detailed lesson plans, assess student work regularly, and provide constructive feedback to promote student progress.
  • Behavior Management: Implement effective behavior management strategies to maintain a productive and positive classroom environment, supporting students' academic and social development.
  • Adaptability: Work effectively within a challenging school setting, demonstrating resilience and flexibility to adapt to the needs of the students and school.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with school staff, parents, and guardians to foster a supportive learning environment and ensure that all students are meeting learning goals.
