Job description

Year 3 Teaching role maternity cover.

Teaching personnel are working alongside a fantastic primary school based in Worthing who are seeking an experienced teacher to help support them with a maternity cover position.

The role would be starting in September and would be a full time role for a full academic year (there is scope for this to be extended for the right person) 

You would be running a year 3 class during your time with the school, this would also be a full scale role meaning you would need to plan exciting, engaging and fun lessons, mark the work and attend extra-curricular school activities such as school meeting, parents evening etc.

Ideal teacher for the role:

  • Qualified Teacher Status
  • Experience Teaching KS2
  • Fun and engaging style of Teaching
  • Knowledge of the UK primary Syllabus
  • Fantastic knowledge of SEN
  • Experience working with SEN
  • High level of behaviour and classroom management
  • Enhanced child’s workforce DBS on the update service (we can help with this)
  • Safeguarding Training
  • Have an address in the UK and right to work

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
