Year 3 Teacher - Bispham 

Position: Experienced Year 3 Teacher
Contract: Full-Time, January – July
Location: Bispham, Lancashire

Pay: Between £130-£150 per day until the AWR pay starts after 12 weeks

About the Role
Teaching Personnel is recruiting for an experienced and passionate Year 3 Teacher to join our partner primary school in Bispham from January through July. This full-time role is ideal for a teacher with a strong track record in primary education who is ready to bring expertise, creativity, and commitment to a supportive and well-resourced school environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning and delivering high-quality lessons tailored to a Year 3 curriculum, ensuring all students are engaged and challenged.
  • Using your experience to manage classroom behavior effectively and foster a positive, inclusive learning environment.
  • Tracking student progress and using assessment data to inform and adapt teaching strategies.
  • Collaborating with other teachers and staff to contribute to a cohesive and vibrant school community.

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and proven experience in teaching Key Stage 2, particularly Year 3.
  • Strong classroom management skills and a passion for inspiring young learners.
  • Ability to build rapport with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
