Teaching Personnel is seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 3 Primary Teacher to join a well-regarded primary school in Gainsborough, Lincolnshire, starting in January 2025. This exciting opportunity is a long-term supply position, running until July 2025, with the potential for a permanent contract in September 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons for Year 3 pupils.
• Promote a creative and inclusive approach to teaching the curriculum.
• Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing detailed feedback to both students and parents.
• Foster a positive learning environment that supports the social and emotional development of all pupils.
• Contribute to the wider school community, including involvement in extra-curricular activities.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• A passion for delivering high-quality education and supporting student development.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a supportive team.
• Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply!
