Job description

Experienced class teacher required to cover a Year 1 maternity within a Burnley Primary School (BB10) 

Maternity cover required within a Y1 Class.

Full-time (Temporary to permanent) 

Opportunity to work in a recently Ofsted graded 'GOOD' school.

Teaching Personnel have been approached by a school in the heart of East Lancashire, to appoint a Year 1 teacher with experience of raising attainment across KS1 class. 

Therefore your expectations as a practitioner will need to be extremely high in and out of the class room. The role is to begin after the October half term and will cover a maternity which is scheduled to last until at least the end of the academic year, it will be full time five days a week. The Head has specified that she is willing to short list and interview teachers who are both fully and newly qualified for the position, but experience in KS1 is a necessity.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
