Position: Welsh Medium Primary School Supply Teacher
Location: Various Primary Schools across Cardiff
Type: Flexible / Part-Time / Full time (8:30am-3:30pm)

Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Welsh speaking primary school supply teachers to join our team. This role offers the flexibility to work on a part-time or full-time (depending on preference), allowing you to easily manage your schedule while making a meaningful impact on children’s education.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons in Welsh.
  • Adapt teaching methods to suit all abilities.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Follow all school policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with school staff and administration.
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively.
  • Deliver high quality teaching from a daily plan set by the class teacher.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Welsh (spoken and written).
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching primary school students.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 2x professional references
  • A valid DBS on the update service and Education Workforce Council

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
