Unqualified Teaching Assistant
Job description
Did you know you don’t need any qualification to be a Teaching Assistant within an SEN school?
If you have the right personality, previous experience with SEN (either personal or professional) OR transferrable skills and willingness to learn and adapt on the job, you would be the perfect fit!
Must be based in Winchester or willing to commute.
We are currently searching for several LSA’s and TA’s to help support an SEN school, both primary and secondary avaliable
About the role:
- Sociable hours, NO WEEKENDS – 8.30am-3.30pm
- Provide one-on-one and group support to students with SEN.
- Assist with classroom activities and help implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers and therapists to support student development.
- Be a source of motivation, encouragement, and positivity for your students.
- Full time option – temp to perm style!

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
