Key Responsibilities:

Supporting classroom teachers in delivering lessons.

Leading small groups or classes in the absence of the teacher.

Assisting with classroom management and student behaviour.

Adapting to a range of subjects and age groups.

Providing support to students on a one-to-one basis where needed.

 

About You:

A genuine interest in education and supporting young people.

Strong communication and organisational skills.

Ability to adapt to different classroom environments.

No formal teaching qualification required – we are looking for enthusiasm, dedication, and a willingness to learn.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
