Teaching Assistant Role: Supporting SEN Learners in Norwich
Do you have experience working with students who have Special Educational Needs (SEN) across both primary and secondary levels? Are you passionate about supporting children with Additional Learning Needs? If so, we’d love to hear from you!
Our specialist SEN branch in Norwich is looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant to join a special school focused on children with complex needs and/or autism. The school caters to students from Reception through Year 13, all of whom have an Education, Health, and Care Plan (EHCP) outlining their specific needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with students who have autism and complex behaviours.
- Provide individualized interventions that address each child’s unique needs.
- Adjust lesson plans to support a variety of learning styles and requirements.
- Promote positive behaviours and personal growth.
- Follow EHCP guidelines to ensure a successful educational experience for each student.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
