• £85 - £95 per day

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one and group support for students with Behavioural & Emotional challenges
• Promote positive behaviour and engagement in learning
• Build strong, trusting relationships with students and staff
• Work collaboratively to implement behaviour support plans

What we’re looking for:

• Experience working with young people in a school, care, or mentoring role (including family)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A calm, empathetic, and patient approach
• A genuine passion for making a difference

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
