Are you are a fully qualified Tutor who is looking to work on a part-time basis in the Lincoln area? Then, we may have the opportunity you are looking for!
Here at Teaching Personnel- Tutors, we are thrilled to be working with the Priory Federation of Academies Trust, and providing the tuition needs across their catalogue of excellent Academies. The Trust aims to uphold their mission for education through the core values of Wisdom, Curiosity, Generosity, Courage and Passion, and we as a tuition agency, will look to help them achieve this through our appointment of various tutors.
For this role, we are looking for Tutors with any specialist subject. As a tutor, you will need to be able to build a relationship with students, and tailor your approach to cater for their additional needs and preferences. In addition to this, you may be required to quickly adapt and change your approach to suit the environment which the pupil is in. We will also expect adherence to the core values of the Trust as well as our professional standards.
The pay for tutoring is £25-£30 per hour. It is desirable for the applicants to hold full UK driving licence as a selection of the pupils may need to be tutored within their home/at a local library.
Requirements for the role:
- Professional Teaching Qualifications are preferred (Qualified Teacher Status, QTS).
- A desire to promote and encourage, as well as motivate themselves.
- An Enhanced Child Workforce only DBS on the update service, or willingness to purchase one via TP Tutors (support for obtaining one can be provided).
- Experience of working with children/young people with SEND, SEMH and other additional needs.
- Professional references from your two most recent employers, totalling 24 months from a 10-year career history.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
