Job Duties:

• Design and deliver trauma-based learning programmes for students
• Provide individualised support to students who have experienced trauma
• Collaborate with other stakeholders to create a trauma-informed learning environment
• Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching methods as needed
• Support the emotional well-being of students through counselling and guidance

Qualifications:

• Recognised teaching qualification
• Experience working with students who have experienced trauma
• Understanding of trauma-informed teaching practises
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create engaging and supportive learning environments
• Strong empathy and patience when working with students
