Trauma Based Learning Tutor
Nottingham
Job Duties:
- Design and deliver trauma-based learning programmes for students
- Provide individualised support to students who have experienced trauma
- Collaborate with other stakeholders to create a trauma-informed learning environment
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching methods as needed
- Support the emotional well-being of students through counselling and guidance
Qualifications:
- Recognised teaching qualification
- Experience working with students who have experienced trauma
- Understanding of trauma-informed teaching practises
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create engaging and supportive learning environments
- Strong empathy and patience when working with students

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
