Trainee Teaching Assistant Needed!
Location: Cwmbran
Hours: Monday – Friday (8:30am – 3:30pm)
Start Date: 27th January 2025.
Wage: £83.85 per day minimum
Teaching Personnel are actively working with schools in the Cwmbran area and are currently looking to fill roles within those schools as soon as possible. The schools have identified their want for passionate, driven and motivated Teaching Assistants to prioritise the learning and overall wellbeing of the pupils between EYFS to Key Stage 2.

Key Responsibilities will consist of:
- Working with pupils in small groups or a 1:1 environment
- Coordinate and work alongside the teacher in setting up the classroom and scheduling for the day’s activities.
- Adhere to all safeguarding responsibilities expected.
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of the pupils is always a priority.
- Bring positivity and passion to the role every day in the most professional manner.
Successful Teaching Assistants will:
- Be proactive and willing to adapt.
- Excellent at working both independently and as part of a team.
- Bring an empathetic and nurturing personality and nature to the classroom.
- Possess strong communication skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
