Job Description:
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with special educational needs (SEN)? We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Teaching Assistant to join our team in Wolverhampton. This full-time role (Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm) offers an exciting opportunity to support students in a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in delivering educational programs.
- Support students in their learning activities.
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students.
- Assist with classroom management and behavior monitoring.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of GCSE Maths and English.
- Additional qualifications in education or child development.
Experience:
- Prior experience in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Patience and empathy when working with students.
- Must have a DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
