Teaching Assistant- Level 1 Student Support Worker SEND
Salary: £11,456 - £11,941 per year

Teaching Personnel have an exciting opportunity to work with an Academy based in Longueville. The school are looking for a Teaching Assistant- Level 1 student support worker SEND. The school want to appoint a motivated, learning focused and compassionate individual to work with students who have been identified as having Special Educational Needs to support their learning and progress in lessons. The role is Term Time plus 5 training days, part time and full-time hours will be considered.
Ideally, you will have experience of working with young people in a school or similar setting but applications from those who do not have this experience will also be considered if the qualities the school are looking for can be demonstrated through alternative experiences or responsibilities.
You should be a conscientious and dedicated person who is able to work effectively as part of a team. A willingness to promote extra-curricular activities, supporting learning outside the classroom will also be required.

The Academy are based in Longueville, can be located off Oundle road. Parking will be available on site.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
